コンセプトは地域が笑顔になるように
“Make Local People Smile” as a Concept

第一調剤薬局代表の今田屋さんよりご依頼を受け始まったオブジェ制作プロジェクト。はじまりはこの一枚のキリンの絵でした。

第一調剤薬局柳通り店の落成時に、naNka所属アーティストの河野青花の作品「キリンの親子」の原画を納品させていただきました。親子のキリンが寄り添う姿は、地域に根ざし世代に渡って愛される薬局を理念にしている第一調剤薬局さんにマッチしました。

We started this project after getting a request from Mr. Imadaya who is the owner of the dai-ichi pharmacy. This picture of giraffes was where it all began.

When the dai-ichi pharmacy was built, we decorated the picture of giraffes created by the naNka artist, Haruka Kawano on the wall inside of the building. The image of a parent giraffe and a child giraffe snuggling against each other matched the principle of the pharmacy as to root in the local community and be a loved place for generations.

その後、店舗前にオブジェを作りたいとの依頼があり、オリジナルの絵画を立体にするご提案しました。キリンはアートセラピー的にも「先を見通す」という視点を持っており、薬局を経営するにおいてもふさわしいものです。私たちの提案に賛同くださりキリンオブジェPROJECTがスタートしました。

After delivering the picture, we got a request again to make a statue so we proposed to create statues of giraffes from the picture. We believe that giraffes fit the pharmacy as they represent the act of seeing through the future in art therapy. Mr. Imadaya kindly accepted our idea and the giraffe statues project had begun.
